cor_9cOur skid-mounted process systems and components are custom designed and then fabricated in BMI’s Rocklin, California, fabrication shop. Each turnkey system (including support and utility components) is designed to meet your unique application requirements and applicable regulatory standards such as 3-A, OSHA, UL, CUL, CSA and ASME. Our fabricated systems are delivered fully tested and ready for installation.

Batch / Blending Systems

We design batch/blend systems to accept all types of raw ingredients, including dry powders, heavy concentrates, alcohol and frozen blocks, to precision specifications. Our systems support continuous, semi-continuous and multi-stream blending. Our solutions increase overall batching efficiency and production by allowing you to make adjustments and changes without reconfiguring the system. Our multi-stream blend skids are fabricated within a small footprint to facilitate easy expansion of existing systems.

Thermal Process Systems

BMI designs thermal process systems and traditional pasteurization systems that achieve the tolerances required for precise flow and temperature control. Digital monitoring and autorun function of flow rates, temperature, pressure and time ensure product quality and consistency while maximizing production.

Hydration Systems

BMI designs hydration systems using an eductor or high shear mixer for steady, dynamic batching and continuous batch systems. These systems are fully automated to ensure product quality and consistency while maximizing product yields.

Mixproof Valve Manifolds

BMI designs automated mixproof valve manifold systems that allow you to route multiple ingredient/product streams and cleaning solutions to multiple destinations through a single assembly without the risk of cross-contamination. These significantly increase plant capacity and flexibility.

Sanitary Air Systems

BMI designs custom sanitary air systems that meet the maximum purity standards for your process. Our systems prevent the introduction of food safety hazards and provide sterile filtration of chemical, physical and microbiological contaminates during product push or clean outs. Sanitary air systems have a small footprint and can be added to an existing process system.

Water Treatment Systems
